Developed out of the need to define opulence on a 100ft x 100ft site, this Graphic Artist’s Residence evolves as a contemporary interpretation of the courtyard housing typology.

 

Two sides of the courtyard are living areas for the house. The other 2 sides are the boundary walls of the site. The L-Form layout opens out to an exclusive lawn which cuts out views for the neighbors.

 

The building is totally painted white and has the 3 primary colors Red, Blue and Yellow accenting with meaning 3 different geometries in the architecture.

Like in all Mobius’s Architecture there is the interest in merging the indoor living condition with the outdoor so that one can enjoy a spacial opulence.
